ABOUT THE COURSE
I struggled with my sleep for many years before meeting Liz. She helped me with habits that work for ME and together we realigned my rhythms. I am not only more productive during the day and getting more quality sleep at night, but my kids are forming the same sleep habits and sleeping like angels too!
Thanks to Liz I have learned how critical the ultradian and circadian rhythms are to health. ignoring them can lead to hormonal imbalances, weakened immunity, poor focus, and even mood disorders like depression and anxiety which have been a major challenge for me. Implementing these changes have transformed my life!
