Hiii!!! Thrilled you found your way here. I'm Liz, an Enneagram 1 with a 2 wing who loves to rock a power suit and heels or a backwards hat with black leggings and my vintage Jordan 11s; balance right? I'm a published scientist turned healthcare executive who burned out and nearly died from all the hustling to climb the corporate ladder. I'd spend Sundays in tears dreading the following week and felt God calling me for more, but I was stuck. I took a vow to stop going out ahead of God and asking Him to rubber stamp my path and instead sit back and allow Him to lead me. I left my executive role to start Rhythm Restoration & Co. a company rooted in scripture and scientific research helping to restore and transform your life!
2011
When I moved to Nashville, I had less than $200 to my name and nowhere to live. Started my first job out of college in Breast Cancer Research
I left Chicago and my dream of med school to pursue research
2018
This year I moved to Chattanooga from Nashville to help build an oncology program in 6 hospitals in and around my hometown. I drove 30,000 miles in one year, pumped in the car, got yelled at my CEOs and physicians- would up in the ER several times for GI problems all due to stress. This was also the year I nearly took my own life.
Became a corporate executive at 31
2020
Just three days before everything shut down for COVID, God MIRACULOUSLY placed me with the right doctor at the right time. I went in for meds to help me focus and instead walked out with paperwork for medical leave.
Went out on medical leave for severe burn out
2022
After nearly three years (Dec 2022) on a journey to determine where God wanted me to be, He revealed His Plan for my life and the idea for Rhythm Restoration & Co. was born.

In March of 2023, I worked my final day as a corporate executive and filed the paperwork to start RR&Co. A few weeks later, my Podcast launched and debuted in the Top 30 it's first week
